tourist licence for property on campo urbano on rustic land
Has anyone living on the campo rural areas, urbano property on rustic land been able to get a tourist licence. We already have 4 properties with tourist licence so do not want advice on how to get one for urban property, we want to know if anyone has achieved the complicated and expensive procedure to get licence for a house on less then 10,000 sq mts of land yet registered with land registry as urbano with a DOM. We had quote from architect a complicated procedure to apply to valencia, at 10,000 euros. Is there a more simple way and less expensive. The townhall will not issue the compatability certificate unless we go through the architect for report which is general procedure.
