We are soon flying to Spain and we need to arrange pre flight pcr tests for return flights (permission to fly) our house is located in pilar de la horadada so we need to find a local test centre, so can anybody advise me where this might be?

If you can't find anywhere in Pilar, try https://www.vitalicum.es/index.html
There is also http://www.imedtorrevieja.com/es/ but that involves fighting with the traffic in Torrevieja.
Also https://www.dam-health.com/es/ in Cabo Roig, but they are closed at the moment due to a flood.
