Hi All

My name is Mike

and I'm looking to buy a property

First of all have a few questions in Regards to Brexit and becoming a permanent resident in Spain

they are probaly answered in these forums...but just in case it is not

1 -Do I need to register as a resident before december 31st 2020 to ue health system in Spain

2-Do I need to buy the property before 31st Dec to become Resident

3-I run my own company , it will be based in the UK , and there is only 1 person (me) but I will work from Spain- What are the tax implications ?, do I need to provide status of income before December 31st 2020?

You aren't entitled to use the Spanish health system and will need private health insurance.

It doesn't matter when you buy a property, but applying for residency before the end of the year will be easier than applying after.

If you move here after July 1st, you won't be fiscally resident until 2021.
