Bankia online banking. Is anybody with this? Apparently they need two forms of id to get on line. A SMS message/ code. Does the code they send have to be entered somehere and sent back to them? I am using Ipad. Will be glad of any help.

Yes, I've used them for years. Log in used to be just passport number and PIN, but the EU have now introduced the requirement to solicit an SMS message to your mobile phone, and you enter the number contained in that on the log in page. We also have a UK account with Royal Bank of Scotland, and RBS introduced the SMS system a few weeks ago. All banks and financial entities in the EU should now be operating that system.

Registered phone with bank. Now bigger problem. The bankia motive onscreen, cluck it, it briefly opens with my name, then disappears. Nitice continualky comes on to update the app. Cant update it any further, anyone else stuck on this?

I don't use the app so can't help. Unless anyone else has overcome the problems you're having, all I can suggest is that you uninstall it, and then reinstall it from Google Play or the App Store, as appropriate. That would flush out any data that might be hindering its function, and would give you an up to date version.
