Firstly you’ll need to find out the weight of the child as car seats are sold by weight and not age.
I would suggest looking in the charity shops there’s always an abundance of baby equipment for sale
Do a search on here - there seems to be some that haven’t yet been marked as sold. .

Our grandchild has just visited age 14 moths carrefour do a brand new seat very easy to fit for 40 euros..mother expecting again so cannot sell,
