Fiscal representation

We have just paid our solicitor 360 euros (for 2) as his fee for our fiscal representation. Do we even need this? What are we paying him to do?

I should contact him direct but would be interested to hear other views.

Does he complete our taxes (we are not residents, just own a small holiday home)?

I pay 70e per year for me. For that he.

Pays my SUMA

Calculates and pays my non resi tax

Worth every penny as I couldn't be arsed doing it myself

Joejones is doing it the most efficient way it can be done. You don't need a fiscal representative if you only have one property and agree that any communications from the tax authorities be sent to that property.
