Just wondered if there are any ladies who have had this operation

Is there any ladies that have had a bladder repair operation . If so was this successful .

Yes, I have had a mid urethra bladder lift. I was in dire straits before after having two horrendous births. This operation revolutionised my life. I saw all the news about the mesh apparently cutting into the flesh internally and was worried but it has been five years now and nothing has happened so I assume that I was one of the lucky ones. I have total bladder control now and I regret nothing. It must all be down to the surgeon. I did have it in Cardiff so I cant speak for anywhere else. Good luck.
Thank you for your reply I think that will have to be the option I will need to have . I live in Spain we do have a brilliant hospital so I will be in good hands .
