Just a quick note to add to the extensive advice about hiring a car . I hired thru wiber rent a car , about a month a go it was 240 € for 18 days I had my own excess insurance,  to go full inclusive it was 450€ so I stuck  with the cheapest ( this also included  80€ for a extra driver for the whole period)  and full to full. All good. I selected to pay when I arrive and was free cancellation with nothing being paid out. I had a look last week and saw it went down dramatically  so I cancelled and re booked again, so on Thursday  I looked again and it was 110 € ( including extra driver ) or 240 € all inclusive, no block booking off card, also with this you up load passport pic and driving license,  they email you a bar code all you do when you arrive is scan bar code and the keys come out of their drop box ! Easy and simple . So my advice when booking is when booking select pay on arrival , make sure it's free cancellation,  and if you got the time KEEP checking as price will go down even up to on the day you travel. This is only my personal experience  thru "wiber rent a car " .

Hi Dave hope you are well

‘’they email you a bar code all you do when you arrive is scan bar code and the keys come out of their drop box !’’

How do you go on for damage inspection?

All the best

Full inclusive covers everything,  I asked same question,  they said the only thing it's not covered for is customer negligence  ie drink/ drug driving

In Spain ‘’customer negligence’’ can mean anything and everything. Be careful, Spain is cowboy land.

X2, far too vague and open ended a phrase for my liking.
