Just a big thank you for adding me jan. Im over in santa pola on the 24th of this mounths for 1 weeks holiday. I love this place. I would love to know of long term rentals like 3 mounths at any one time. And good prices . Im on my own but would mabe in that 3 mounths have a visit from my freind or my sone and grandughter who is 7. Apart from that i live quiet. Thanks Michele x

Hi its a great place to live and very easy to rent for long term go to estate agents ie Market is very good they have a web site or just walk round and look up to see to let boads.

Hi Mike. Thank you so much for getting back to me. Im over again with my freind on the 24th of this mounth. So lets hope its warmer than scotland 😂.I will have a look round when im there. Yes you are so right i love santa pola so quiet nice ppl. I could happly stay for mounths. Im also going to look out?. About mabe bying something and let it out to freinds and family. I would have a good deposit next year. The thing i have to fine out if im bying is a goos deposit enough then let the freinds and family pat qhwn they stay. So that would help with any morgage. Thank you once again mike xx michele

Hi look at the web site Market Estate Agents Santa Pola I used them to buy last year there very good .Look at web site My Lawyer In Spain I have used them and my son in law father used them last year they do all the work and are English On there web site it tells you how to buy,and the Spanish Laws.

At this time I am in Santa Pola
