Along Santa Pola beach front there are several public toilets. They are open during daylight hours but are locked overnight. I have heard that in cettain circumstances a person may be able to obtain a key?
Can anyone advise if this is correct and where you could go about obtaining a key?

Sorry, I know the kiosks hold keys to their toilets. The ones I mean are the disabled ones
In the UK we call it a radar key that fits them all. I was wondering do the Spanish have a similar facility?
