locked out

my neighbour has locked herself out of his house and her key is still in the door inside she has a key but cant manage to open it from the outside - can anyone help or recommend anyone

thank you she had to call a locksmith out and they have just left

I know is late nos bit sure the locksmiths was so expensive. I would have broken a window and access thru it

Did you get a receipted bill, if you did you may be able to claim it back from your household insurance. They usually cover you for being locked out and needing a locksmith, good luck.
