Property wanted to rent: 2 bed property in, or near Santa Pola

I am a retired teacher looking for a property to rent in or near Santa Pola, ideally from July 23 for around 3 to 6 months. I am about to put my house on the market in the UK, and as things are may take a while, so hope to have some sun till then, but it may take a while. Therefore say, a 3 or 6 month rental to start with, then month by month rental would be good.
As well as the guaranteed rent money, I can say I will be quiet, careful and helpful.
