Property wanted to rent: 2/3 bedroom near beach for winter rental

Hello everyone
finding this forum very helpful so far and looking for more advice.
I’m currently renting in SP with my husband and dog (drove from UK). I have fallen in love with the place and would like to come back next winter March to April/May 2024.
I’m not keen on the place we are currently renting but love it’s location (near Playa Tamarit / Gola).
Any recommendations on where to find a rental for next year. We’ve been hunting on Airbnb/ booking.com etc with no joy.
We need min 2 bed. A large balcony or garden and dog friendly. Location needs to be a short walk to any of the beaches. Preferably modern decor (the one we are in is very old fashioned and need of a refurb)
