Can anyone recommend: Traditional Tapas Bars

We’ve been to Santa Pola for a couple of times now to look for a holiday home(not found one as yet) However we love SP and it’s many restaurants, but could not find any traditional tapa bars which we love in other parts of Spain.
The kind where to sit at the bar choose your tapa have a glass of wine etc…. My Spanish is limited so restaurants and bars without a menu I can struggle.
Any recommendations would be great.
