Hello to Tormos residents

Just to say hello.
I am Robert and want to say hi to all of you.
I am Polish born British citizen living in West London working as a builder.
I am looking at some old town hoses in the area and maybe buying soon.
First question if I may ask, how good is the local Mayor? I don't speak Spanish, is there anywhere locally I could get help from to speak to him?
