FOUND Black long haired cat

Lovely Male long haired cat turned up in empty garden behind us in La Siesta looking very matted and thin. Definitely used to have a home as can see where the collar was. He is now fatter and groomed as he's friendly, also probably because I've fed him. Before I take him to the vet to have his fur balls removed wanted to give his owners the chance of being reunited with him, if he hasn't been dumped.
