Hi

Recently moved company they said a couple of days to porta over the number it’s been 2 weeks anyone any idea how long it actually takes?

Moving from BT to my new Fibra optic company Go Fibra and it is Go Fibra who I have been contacting who assure me they are just waiting for BT but how long

Hi, it shouldn’t take too long but it depends on wether your new company have applied with the correct data. BT are an indirect supplier so in reality your landline number belongs to Movistar. If you have an old Telefonica bill, give this to your new company and ask them to use the details on there. If you don’t have one pm me, There’s an off chance I may be able to help.

Hi

I took my recent BT bill to my new supplier on 29/8 they photocopied it and said it would be a couple of days I tel them on 6/9 they said it still hadn’t happened just wondering how long we wait

Heard from my new supplier they say BT won’t allow the number to be portered over
