Hi all
I've heard conflicting stories about the eligibility for the bus pass for Torrevieja. Anyone know for sure if you have to have residency or whether just owning a property qualifies?

According to the site below, you need to be resident and on the Padron so if you are not living here permanently it doesn't look as if you can.
