Is Amazon a scam when it suits them

Hi All

I bought a small folding table for picnics from Amazon, Around 50 euro.  Ì received an email asking if I was happy with it but I never received it.  I'm  Irish, not stupid and I'm  wondering if they sent it to my billing address in Dublin.  I'm certain Ì would have put my Spanish address on my order.  I've tried contacting them but keep getting an answer saying this link does not accept emails.  I'm beginning to think Amazon is a bit of a scam.  Does anybody know how can I contact Amazon. Thanks.

Sign into Amazon and go to "my orders" (top right of page), in there you will see your table order and to the right a tab that says Problem with order, that should get the ball rolling.

Just to add to RobertBB’s reply. If you then click into the specific order and “track package” it will identify which address was used for delivery 🤪🥂

I don't think Amazon is a scam. Some of their third part sellers can be dodgy. I always try to buy either direct from Amazon or 'fulfilled by Amazon'. You then get piece of mind if anything goes wrong. They are usually pretty helpful if you get them on chat.
