Quick question re isolation. Are we allowed in private garden/pool area.  Only about 6 out of 40+ properties occupied.  Gardeners and pool being maintained but not sure if we are permitted.

Thanks

Hi Hilary Ann,

The rules don't specify communal pools, but given that all parks, leisure centres, the beach and other social venues have been closed, I would expect communal pools to fall into that category.

Kind regards,

Kim

If it's a private area, and especially if you're in a gated community, then you don't have a problem. Just use common sense and keep a safe distance from anyone else.

As an aside, I've been chatting to our Spanish neighbour today, on a public lane between our properties, as he's just had a load of gravel delivered and I wanted to know where he got it from. During that conversation we agreed that there is an upside to the restrictions, in that the ladies can't go out to spend money on clothes, shoes, handbags....

We have had notices posted in all lifts in our urbanization, stating that anyone seen in communal areas (i.e. Pools etc)

will be subject to severe measures including fines.

All community zones are ment to be locked and not allowed  to be used your President  or administrator should have done this even in enclosed  urbanization. You can and will be fined if caught.
