We are looking to pay off the mortgage on our Spanish property. The bank have said we must go to the Notory but we don't know what is involved. Any advice gratefully received on the cost and cheapest option

We finished our mortgage also. We sorted the notary out using our Solicitor. Easier as they sort it all out for you. Took us to the office and watched us sign off. Was very easy. We paid but cannot remember how much but I don't think it was that high.
