We got our bus pass last year. Do we have to renew it this year? There is no expiry date on it.

Yes you do Sylvia, I'm about to renew mine. I make a note of date I renew & go about the same date each year though often just get an appt. for a later date, perhaps if you can remember the month you got it, that would help. Oh by the way, their office is now in the indoor fruit & veg market.

We have our residencia and are going to go to the office tomorrow to book an appointment to renew our bus pass.

Hi Sylvia
According to people on this forum , I dont think they are as busy as they normally are at this time of year. It's unpredictable, Ive had mine done instantly & waited 2/3 weeks on previous visits so who knows..... Since I got my 1st bus pass the location for renewal has also changed 4 times
