We go to the Cabo Riog store, whilst the variety is nowhere near the pre 31st Dec levels, they have been slowly improving, but are still a long way off what they were this time last year.

Not much in the way of Waitrose products but plenty of Supavalu & Tesco. There was very little in the way of fresh veg and fruit when we were there last Thursday, but I never buy those from Overseas as can get much better choice and quality at Cabo Roig market on Thursdays.

Fresh milk can be a bit hit and miss, but again no big deal as can get at any Supermarket, only get it at Overseas for convenience.

Prices have increased for example I normally treat myself to a couple of Frys Turkish delights which were €1 these are now €1.50 which is some mark up! We do find ourselves buying less and less from the Overseas, can see a time when we will probably only go once every month or 2

I could just about repeat everything Pix has said but for the Benidorm store. Don't like Turkish Delight though but I'll delight at getting liquorice allsorts!!

Bassetts liquorice allsorts are available from Iceland stores, Masymas, The Barrel Bodega (Benidorm) and several mini "British" supermarkets.

Can someone tell me has Iceland / Waitrose next to Aldi shut down or are they revamping it? Is there another Iceland anywhere else in torrevieja?
