Long Term let wanted

Hi there,
I am very new to this forum, ie signed up today! My Mother has lived in Torrevieja for 20 years and due to a change in circumstance is now selling her property and looking to long term rent. Her family/we all live in the UK, but whilst she is thinking about whether she wants to return here, renting is a good option for her.
She is looking for something around the La Siesta area, (she currently lives in Torreta Florida) or somewhere nearby, a 1 bedroom, possibly 2 bedroom, ground floor, shower (not bath), parking for her car directly outside as she does not like to walk too far and no stairs. If anyone has anything available like this, or knows of anyone who might, can they please let me know.
