Rentals - help please

Hi
Does anyone know is there a company or person that can do/help me with the licences etc to rent out my apartment in Torrevieja (front line beach promenade area). It meets the criteria but I am in the UK a lot of time and will struggle to do this on my own from the UK.
I would also like to know details of cleaning and key holding companies in this area that can do the meet and greet of new clients visiting the apartment on change over and prepare the property for change over.
I would like to prepare the property for rentals as soon as possible and know of websites to advertise the property for me as well.
I am sure these questions have been asked in the past but really need some help please.
