Traveling from Dublin Ireland

Hi would anyone know what kind of reasons are considered essential with regards to property owners?
I am going to check up on property after fire in a neighbouring apartment and to sort out lots of outstanding paperwork and official issues needing presence in Torrevieja. I haven't been since buying in Jan 2020
Also how does one show proof or prove reasons for essential travel from Dublin? I heard the guarda checks are very serious and fines issued.
I'd appreciate sharing what you have experienced or know about this please.
*** I'm fully vaccinated and travelling before July 19th
