I wonder if anyone would kindly tell me how to use Amazon in Spain.  I have a UK account which is linked to my home address and UK bank account but would like to buy from Amazon,es while in Spain using my Spanish address and bank account. Do I need to set up a new account or can I log in with my existing details and amend address and bank details for Spanish use? I am a little worried in case doing that would cause problems with operating my UK account.  Any advice gratefully received.  Graham.

I regularly buy from Amazon es and de, using my one and only account which I originally set up in the UK. I usually pay with my Sabadell credit card.

If I remember correctly, there were originally some admin difficulties but they were overcome with a phone call to customer services. The problem was around the fact I'd changed from a UK to a Spanish mobile, which they of course use to verify your identity.

Simply log into amazon uk, click on the uk flag and change to Spain. You simply use your Spanish bank card. You can change back at any time you wish.

I did it a while ago with no problems at all.

If you want parcels delivered to your Spanish address then you will need to add that to your account too.

Note that Prime is country specific so if you want to use it in Spain you will have to subscribe in Spain.

You can also have deliveries sent to an Amazon hub if you don't think you'll be at home.

Just search Amazon hubs.
