I think they are in discussion and at the moment the answer is NO you can't.

Yes you can but must observe the restrictions that may apply to the bay

The answer is sadly no. https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/blue-badge-using-it-in-the-eu/using-a-blue-badge-in-the-european-union
There is a chance this will change in the future but since brexit UK blue badges are nit officially recognised in Spain.

I have been advised by the guadia servile that the UK blue badge is not recognised now after brexit. I still use mine with a note saying Spanish version applied for. Hope that helps
