My sister in law is over here for 6 months she is a personal trainer she wants to get a couple of hours a week doing some of her classes is there any where around that would do that sort of thing?

Tell her not to!
For a six month stay she needs to apply for a residency certificate.
And if you mean she wants to give paid classes, she'd need to register as an autónomo and pay into social security, have insurance etc. Tell her to enjoy her break.
