Hi. I’m visiting Torrevieja in September with the intention of looking at a few properties. I’m looking at numerous websites including kyero, Idealista and Greenacres. Would I be better making appointments with agents or visiting areas first to get an impression of different places. All suggestions welcome. I’m aware of extra costs involved having owned a property in La Marina many years ago. Thanks in advance!

Hi Gerry,

Did Santa Polo prove fruitless and what now draws you to Torrevieja ?

I'm not too familiar with idealista or Greenacres, however I do know Kyero appear to be a middle man Property listing Company, and from past experience have found them annoyingly slow in removing properties from their listings when sold.

Best of luck on your search.

LeckyLes.

Highly recommend Zoe Humphries , an independent property finder , not attached to any estate agent.  A lovely , friendly lady who knows the area well and shows clients around different areas

I/ we stayed in Santa Pola in Feb this year, I loved it there but it was a bit quiet at night! I’ve stayed in Torrevieja before and think it might suit us better. Time will tell. Thanks for property agent info, all very welcome!

We bought our apartment in torrevieja with casa y mar torrevieja .we viewed with a couple of agents but casa y mar were the only ones who actually listened to our wishlist and sent us details of suitable property's and once we'd seen our apartment the purchase went through smoothly .so I thoroughly recommend them .
