Job vacancy: Part-time work in Costa Blanca

Hi all,
I'm well ahead of myself here, especially as I am only on an initial scouting mission end of the month, but as a holder of an EU passport I was thinking about the job situation on the Costa Blanca. I'm thinking in terms of supplementing my early retirement pension with a part-time job or something should I make the move over there and I was wondering if any of you have experience of that sort of thing?
You've been very helpful so far, so any more advice is appreciated.
