Do you live in Spain now, or are you living in the UK and hoping to find employment in Spain?

You will need a job offer from an employer who is willing to pay for a visa which will allow you to work in Spain. The employer would need to prove that there was no suitable EU citizen available for that particular job. For an employer to get you the Visa would be very expensive and time consuming. Best of luck.
