Static home parks in Torrevieja.

Good morning all.
We are still looking at property.
Does anyone have experience or currently live on a park? It seems as a general rule on my internet searches that they have a lot of outside space. We seem drawn to the ones with extensions, I do prefer the log/wooden homes but am very open to looking at anything!
How many park homes are there?
Should we be careful for any reason with particular parks?. We have a car and the 2 dogs and us 2!. There seems to be a lot of parks around Albatera Crevillent which is an area we have visited and liked very much due to the lovely villages and towns.
