Hi I want to have a lazy spa on my roof terrace but not sure about the rules and how do I find out if the roof can support a lazy spa

I was going to install a jacuzzi on my upper balcony but the builder told me Spanish roofs really need reinforcing for the weight of the water & costs would be €4000......that was 8yrs ago!

I wouldn’t do that your jacuzzi could end up in your lounge, it has happened before.
