Property for sale torrevieja area

Hi there.
I'm due in torrevieja on the 15th October for a week with my family to look for a property. We're looking for a 2 bedroom property with a communal pool or use of a pool locally.modern with a good size terrace for around €60000 purchase price. If anybody has any advice on the best areas to search or knows any properties for sale that might be of interest to us we would appreciate it.
