Property wanted to rent: 1-2 bed apartment or house in Torreveja

Hi I am looking for a property to rent in Torreveja, I am a working web developer traveling from the UK, I initially would like a 3 month tenancy, with the option to extend (residency permitting). I am looking to move to Spain around the end of February 2022 if anyone has tips regarding deposits reference checks etc please let me know as well as any suitable agents or landlords in the area. I am looking to pay around 4-500 euro a month.
