Tree Pruner required for old Lemon Tree

Hi - We are near the Marina Bar in Las Torretas, Torrevieja and need someone to prune back our lemon tree. It has several problems, including bark dropping off and sap dripping, some yellowing leaves and a whole host of leaf curling insects.
Can you recommend anyone who might know how to prune it/treat it? Tree is now flowering again and heavily in fruit. We are told that the work needs to be done soon, or it will be too late in the season and the tree might not recover.
