Coarse fishing

Hi we are over in November for 6 months and would like to know where we can fish for carp. We will be staying in Torrevieja and looking to travel the area from here to Almeria in search of an area we would like to live. Good fishing is a criteria that will sell an area to us, so any advise you may have will be greatly appreciated.
