My battery powered hoover failed to charge after 6 months. I had failed to find the receipt but had the bank payment details I returned it to MILLAR electrical store and it was repaired the next day for collection I consider this to be fantastic customer service which is unlike a store with a 4 in its name who failed to respond to a product failure after only 2 uses

Thanks for taking the time to let others know of the satisfactory after Sale attention you have recieved from that Company.. People are naturally , more than ready and willing to let others know of bad experiences they have had from providers of goods and Services , but not so many are willing to take the effort to post when that experience has been good.
