We have a cat on our urbanization that dosnt look well she has a big lump on her back and not walking well, is there a place like pdsa in Spain or someone that come and look at the cat as we can't catch her.

Your best bet is to try and make contact with any animal charities in your area, because they are most likely to be in a position to help; most of them advertise in the local expat papers, they would at least know of any organisations willing to help.
