Processionary caterpillars

Hi there I live on the pine tree road Carretera de Villamartin and because the council didn’t spray the trees there are hundreds of nests and some came in my garden and my poor little dog had to go to the emergency vet and be on a drip for 24 hours. I have been to the Town Hall and they took my phone number but have not heard anything so don’t know what else I can do and my Grandson is staying with us it is such a worry for both of them.
