Hi. My friend is now unemployed due to coronavirus and is wanting to know the best way to collect the government benefits he is entitled to. He speaks fluent Spanish and is still struggling online to find out how to do it. Can anyone help? Stay safe and healthy x x

She must apply in person in the nearest "Oficina de Empleo". Her last employer should have given her proper instructions if she qualifies, handing her all required paperwork. This is a legal obligation.

When you say 'he is entitled', I assume you mean he's been paying SS contributions for more than a year. If so, look at:
