My Experience with Fresh TV

I would like to share my experience with Fresh TV, since having the system installed in May we have had nothing but trouble with this company and the system.

As usual they visit you and promise the earth, the reality is a long way from what they say you will get for your money.

At present we have no picture on any channel, all attempts to contact the company result in either the phones being turned off, or no one answers.

Seems as soon as they get your money, that's it you get forgotten about customer service seems an alien concept to this company.

We have Fresh TV clients contacting us with same issues and asking if possible to change service providers with existing set top box. Answer is yes, need to reprogram box, but is straightforward.

I have had the same problems and a similar experience with this company. Here is the most recent response to my complaint and threat to move to another provider.

"U do that Sir I think u want to much and sorry to say that I will not lose any sleep thank u"

So buyer beware if you don't want similar treatment.

Very similar experience it does not work and they do not seem to care a jot

What can you do at the end of the day 270 Euros down the drain

i can personally vouch for Paul and his company TV Technology. Very helpful and a great after sales service. we had a botched communal installation job on our urb in villamartin done by another company who would / could not rectify our reception problems and TV Technology sorted us out very well. they also are very helpful with general tech enquiries on the various local forums.

no - i have no connection with the company, other than being a happy customer.

I would speak to 360telcom in los montesinos they are very helpfull and there system is great

We took a prescription with Fresh tv for a year while living in Spain. 

Now after 2 month we are back in the Netherlands for a few month and cannot get it working here, even though fresh tv said it will work anywhere. Whatever we do we get he error "yr STB is blocked".

Have approched them with our problem, but they dont want to now and blame our provider in the netherlands.

Fresh tv is not even try to help. If the prescription year is over we will defenitly go for another company.

Please do not use these people, they are not helpful and extremely rude, you get no assistance once they have your money

Agree. And now we're in 2023 they still have no customer service. They say Put up or shut up. SHAME ON YOU
