Hi,

Can any geeks out there help. 

I have a smart phone and the screen has frozen and unable to do anything 

Its a doogee x5

Press the volume down button and the power button at the same time, and keep pressed until it powers off. Works on most android

Other options I assume you've tried:

Press and hold the power button.

Press and hold the power button and volume up button.

Then try doing the above two methods with the phone plugged into a computer.

Let it discharge completely, at which point it should power off.

Disconnect and reconnect the battery if that's possible.

Never heard of this type of phone, but if you press down the home and volume buttons then insert into a bucket of water until it rusts, you can then purchase a decent phone:-)

An old Motorola, worked so well I ended up with an i phone
