I decided to move flights to end June instead of refund.   Had 3 flights cancelled so far but as really need to go back to Uk went for this option.   Good thing about it is flight was £40 in March. Flight in June £114, but not charged any more.  That’s providing they are still around !  Fingers cro

Hope you get to travel but my understanding is that if they cancel you will be notified by email seven days before the date of your flight.

That’s correct.   I’ve had 3 previous flights cancelled by e mail.  You then have the options to change or refund.   You can see on their booking calendar when next they expect to be flying and rebook.   Then they cancel it and so on.   Just need to sit tight.  To be honest I’d rather not fly for the foreseeable future if I didn’t have to.

Hi, You are lucky, my husband’s flight was cancelled on 17th March (one of the very first to be cancelled).  Applied for refund and received confirmation that it was being processed back to the bank - no sign of it yet !

Thanks, I am just grateful that my husband didn’t get stuck in the Uk !   It would be worth losing the money just to have had him here in Spain.   It was only a one way flight and just over £100, peanuts compared with the amounts some folk have laid out.

The confirmation read refund due in 7 days, then I read 28 days now I think the message on the website is saying if you haven’t heard within 90 days to contact them again but not to fill the form in again.  😊😊
