Hi everyone,
Me & my family have recently bought an apartment not to far away from the Villamartin plaza. We have been over on a few occasions without hiring a car.
Next time I'm over am looking to hire one as we are planning to travel out with the local area.
Any recommendations for hire companies and also advice with insurance ?
Is it better to get the yearly insurance from a uk company etc ?

When we were living in Spain we used to get our annual insurance online at insurance4carhire which was about £40 and hire our car from doyouspain.com and get full to full.The insurance were brilliant and as you know Spanish driving/parking isn't the best so used my policy several times and had the money repaid in full in 14 days after making claim.Highly recommended(in my opinion).

I can recommend icarhireinsurance.com which is about £40 for annual, european cover for Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
Dont forget to record every scrap of damage to the vehicle, check it thoroughly and dont forget the high vis and warning triangle!
