I own a Spanish Registered car. I am in UK and hoping to get out late July. My car needs a ITV early November. I have a few questions. 1. Are ITV stations currently operating? 2. Where is my nearest station, my property is in El Galan.? 3. Are tests carried out by appointment only or can I just turn up?
