Good Morning,
Moving to Villa martin soon what Spanish regulations apply to a car parked in the street with a car cover on it to protect it from elements, the cover will be fitted with reflective strips, would I have to fit car registration plates on the external side of car cover.

According to regulaions vehicles occupying public urban carriage ways must be suitable to be removed in case of need within 24 hours after placement of a sticker notice issued by the local Council.
