Hi everyone we have an apartment in villamartin that we were planning to sell for something larger in 3 years when my husband retires however he has been made redundant so we are planning to retire early. Can anyone recommend a good estate agent to sell our property we are in no really hurry as we are aware that property can stay on the market for a long time. We are situated on lomas del golf so we are very close to dolphin properties any reviews for them good or bad would be greatly appreciated. Thankyou.

Try 5 Real Estates at Los Doles. They sell for €999.99 and not exorbitant fees like most real estate agents. We got excellent service and sold within 3 weeks

Hi Jane,

Were you able to resolve your health care issues regarding pre existing conditions to obtain residency?

If you have it would be good if you can share how you went about it with other forum members, it would really be helpful.

Best wishes

Hi Jane,

Sorry to hear this.

Are you aware that you would only take the hit the first year after which you can move to the convenio especiale which has no exclusions or additional costs for pre existing conditions and will bring your costs down to around 65 euro per person per month and if you get residency this year you will qualify to receive free Spanish heath care when you or your husband reaches 66 years old.

This will only apply to people who get residency before end of December this year.

Best wishes

Vivienne
