Hi All

New to this forum I’m trying to gain knowledge of the mid to long term rental market in and around Villamartin mainly costs and contract requirements I’m a uk and Irish passport holder.

Obviously with an Irish passport you have freedom of movement but if you intend to stay longer than 90 days you must register your presence with the National Police. Once you have been resident for more than 183 days you become what is know as tax resident.
